Establish a Public Relations

In launching a newcomer section for an already established newsletter that promotes a positive image and fosters goodwill, you will need to involve some good public relations and service through news articles, interviews, and reviews. A fast-growing company may ally themselves with local charities, sponsor youth sports, and take other steps to communicate their commitment to community and social responsibility.

Public relation activity is purposeful for a good business.

  • Increase Sales
  • Attract Investors
  • Forge a Customer Relationship
  • Build Credibility
  • Penetrate New Markets

Targeting buyers builds visibility and a client base. A positive name will reinforce customer awareness and they will differentiate your company from competitors.

By targeting a pool of potential buyers, you can build visibility and thus grow your client base. Each time people read your company name and associate it with something positive, it will reinforce their awareness of your firm and help them differentiate your company from your competitors. A start up needs to build credibility with the established sections. You must display an expert to attract media attention It's not enough to win a new customer, you need to convince a newcomer to come back and buy more. You should send a message that you value your clients and share a stake in their success. In launching a new you must inform potential buyers that you will deliver the information they seek. An important issue is your investors. A new section can bring new investors. By presenting an authority you show backers that you're a leading spokesperson in this field. Evaluation Process

The results of our research show that a creating a new section for the Chronicle should be limited too no more than seven short articles per issue. We have evaluated the online newsletter and feel there is room for positive change. The immediate attention should be for launching this series of articles to observe reader audiences interests. If this operation becomes successful, as we assume, then later it can be an official part of the newsletter. Developing a realistic, affordable and multiyear schedule for implementing a change that increases reader subscriptions is the primary goal. The company has planned to continue a diagnostic, evolution and self improvement process year after year.

The following checklist includes Mission, Image and Case for support and Activities assessment areas:

Mission

  • The mission is to have a purpose that supports the needs of the newsletter community.
  • The mission fulfills the ones it serves.
  • Who is actually being served?

Image

  • Does the name of the organization mean something to the served constituency?
  • What is the organization reputation?
    • Is it respected?
    • Has there been any history of bad influences?
    • If so can they be corrected?

Case for support

  • How convincing is the organization’s pitch to its users and its funders?
  • How clearly are the financial needs of the organization outlined?
  • Are contributors given a varied menu of giving opportunities?

Activities

  • Is this section really needed and wanted?
  • What section does the newsletter do best?
  • Which do they do lest good?

These questions are relevant for the Philanthropy to form a diagnostic on the future of this project. This assessment process will be a formula for making necessary changes as the project progresses.{3}

History

The Chronicles development division authorized this company to do research and develop a cost effective newcomer section for their online newsletter. The Philanthropy requires from us a five written articles in a sample section; cost for that work; and advisement for the future of a well written production. The Philanthropy a notable online chronicle has been doing business in a non- profit world respectfully for several years. The owners have lately recognized a shrinking reader circulation. The management was called in and suggested an outside consultant firm, to investigate the problem. After a reliable company who does a lot of work for ProPublica a non-profit corporation, findings where sent to owners and they in turn call us to produce a newcomer charity start up section for interested beginner audiences.
